Email support
omniprez.acts@gmail.comA real person reads every message. We aim to reply within a couple of business days.
Send feedback from inside the app
Found a bug or have an idea? You don't have to leave the app to tell us.
The floating feedback icon
A small draggable icon sits on every screen, including while you're editing a post. Tap it any time to open the feedback form — drag it out of the way first if it's covering something.
Settings → Send Feedback
Open Settings and choose Send Feedback for the same form, opened fresh with nothing pre-filled.
Pick a category — bug, feature request, account issue, or other — write a description, and optionally attach a screenshot or short screen recording. Submitting sends it straight to our team for review; we don't route it through a third-party ticket system.
Getting started
What is SocialPrez?
SocialPrez is a mobile app from OmniPrez that lets you connect your social media accounts, post and schedule content across them, and see plain-language analytics on how your posts are performing — built for small business owners, not marketing agencies.
Where can I download SocialPrez — Google Play or the App Store?
SocialPrez is in final preparation for launch on both Google Play and the Apple App Store — neither listing is live yet. Contact us to be notified the moment either goes live.
How do I sign in?
Sign in with your Google account (Google Sign-In). There's no separate SocialPrez password to remember.
How do I connect my accounts?
Open Settings in the app and choose the platform. You can connect Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and TikTok, and more than one account per platform if you run more than one page.
- Sign-in happens in a secure browser window. Facebook, Instagram, and Threads open in your phone's browser from the app, then return you to SocialPrez. TikTok also uses the browser today.
- Instagram needs a professional account (Business or Creator), not a personal one.
- Facebook needs you to be an admin of the Page you want to connect.
- Wrong account showing up? Sign out of that platform in your browser first, then connect again.
See Platforms below for exactly what each platform's permissions do.
Can I connect an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes — SocialPrez can connect to Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Cursor, and VS Code, so your assistant can help prepare draft posts. Nothing ever posts without your approval. See the step-by-step connection guide for setup instructions.
Posting and scheduling
How does posting and scheduling work?
Create a post once, pick every connected account you want it to reach, and either post it immediately or schedule it for later. How far ahead you can schedule depends on your plan — from 24 hours on Free up to a full year on Max. Built-in crop and trim tools size your photo or video for each platform before it goes out.
Analytics
What does Analytics show on my plan?
Every plan sees the same Analytics sections. Your plan sets how far back they go:
- Free: the last 7 days.
- Pro: the last 90 days.
- Max: the last 13 months.
Charts show up to the last 90 days on every plan. AI insights are included on every plan. Accounts paused by a plan limit still count in Analytics for their window. Email reports: Free none, Pro weekly, Max weekly and monthly — see What's in the email digest?
How often does Analytics refresh?
Post numbers (reach, views, likes) refresh less often as a post gets older. This is the same on every plan:
- Up to 30 days old: every day.
- 31 to 90 days old: every week.
- Older than 90 days: every month, until the end of your plan's Analytics history (Max only, since Free and Pro end sooner).
Instagram Stories are different. Instagram only keeps Story numbers for 24 hours, so SocialPrez reads them every day while the Story is under 24 hours old, plus one last time at 23 hours. After 24 hours the numbers stay as last saved. If a platform suddenly reports zero reach, impressions, views or clicks for a post that already had numbers, SocialPrez keeps the earlier numbers. Likes and comments are shown as reported, because they can really go down to zero.
AI insights and coaching update weekly on Free and Pro, and nightly on Max.
Plans and billing
How much does it cost?
Free, Pro ($9.99/month), and Max ($29.99/month) — the Free plan never expires, so you can use it for as long as you like. Every plan includes analytics: Free shows every analytics section for the last 7 days. Pro and Max keep a longer history (90 days and 13 months). Higher plans also give you more connected accounts. See the pricing section for the full breakdown.
Will prices change in the future?
Prices are shown in USD and reflect current pricing — they may change in the future. If you're already subscribed, we'll give you advance notice before any change takes effect, and the subscription rules of Google Play and the App Store govern how a new price applies to your active subscription. The store may show a different price based on your country or region.
How do I upgrade, cancel, or get a refund?
Subscriptions are billed and managed through your Google Play account on Android or your Apple Account on iPhone — there's no separate checkout in SocialPrez. Upgrades happen in the app, from Settings. To cancel, use your Google Play account settings on Android, or Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iPhone. After you cancel, you keep access until the period you already paid for ends. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Refunds are handled directly by Google or Apple under their own refund policies, not by us. See the full Managing your subscription guide for dated examples.
Why does the app say Pro isn't available on this account?
A subscription belongs to one SocialPrez account. If you try to use Pro on the wrong account, the app tells you Pro belongs to a different account and asks you to sign in with the SocialPrez account you were signed in with when you subscribed. See Accounts & subscriptions for how to find the account that owns your subscription and switch to it.
I switched Google or Apple accounts — what happens to my subscription?
Billing stays with whichever Google Play account or Apple Account paid; the plan stays tied to the SocialPrez account you were signed in with when you bought it. Cancel on the old Google Play account, keep access until the paid period ends, then subscribe again once your phone's active Google Play account (or the Apple Account signed in to the App Store on iPhone) is the new one.
How do I restore my subscription on iPhone?
Open Settings → Restore purchases in SocialPrez while signed in to the account you subscribed with, with the same Apple Account signed in to the App Store. If the app says the subscription belongs to a different account, it names the sign-in method that owns the subscription when it knows it; otherwise it asks you to sign in with the account you used when you subscribed. Then try again. See Accounts & subscriptions.
Can I move my subscription between Android and iPhone?
Not directly. A subscription belongs to the store that billed it. Cancel in the old store, keep access until the paid period ends, then subscribe again in the new one.
How does upgrading from Pro to Max work?
Open the app, signed in to the account that bills you, and upgrade from Settings. Max switches on immediately; Google Play charges you the prorated difference right away, and your renewal date doesn't change. See Google's help for the exact numbers on your account.
Can I downgrade from Max to Pro?
Not directly in the app on Android: cancel Max in Google Play, keep it until the period you already paid for ends, then subscribe to Pro. On iPhone, downgrading from Max to Pro in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions starts at your next renewal.
What happens to my subscription if I delete my SocialPrez account?
We'll cancel your subscription so you won't be charged again. Deleting your account ends your access now — if you sign up again before your paid period ends, you can restore your plan until then. If anything goes wrong, contact support.
What happens if a payment fails?
Google Play or the App Store may give you a short grace period to fix your payment method. If it's still not fixed after that, your access is paused until you update your payment details in Google Play or your Apple Account.
What's in the email digest?
Pro gets a weekly reach summary by email, and Max also gets a monthly deep-dive. Free doesn't get an email digest, but you can see the same insights any time in the app's Analytics tab.
Your data and account
What happens to my data, and can I see or export it?
We don't sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising — see how we handle your data for the full picture. Your connected-platform access tokens are stored encrypted and are never sent to your device; disconnecting an account deletes SocialPrez's own stored copy of that access immediately — see Platforms below for how to also remove SocialPrez's access on each platform's own side.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes — delete your account from inside the app (Settings) and we remove your posts, uploaded media, connected accounts, and account record, not just deactivate it. This is a real, built-in action, not a request you have to email in for.
