Prices are shown in USD and reflect current pricing — they may change in the future. If you're already subscribed, we'll give you advance notice before any change takes effect, and the subscription rules of Google Play and the App Store govern how a new price applies to your active subscription. The store may show a different price based on your country or region.
Managing your subscription
Your Pro or Max plan is billed through Google Play on Android or the App Store on iPhone. We can't see or move a subscription between two store accounts — only you can do that, from Google Play or your Apple Account itself. This section walks through the situations that trip people up, with real dates.
Which account bills me?
- Open the Google Play app.
- Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Find SocialPrez — the Google account shown at the top of that screen is the one being charged.
Or go straight to Manage subscriptions on Google Play.
Which account bills me? (iPhone)
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Tap SocialPrez — the Apple Account you are signed in with is the one being charged. Here you can also change plan or cancel.
Upgrading Pro → Max Android
- Mar 5
Maya subscribes to Pro ($9.99/mo) on her Pixel, signed in to her Google Play account. Her renewal date is the 5th of every month.
- Mar 20
In the app, on the same phone and the same Google Play account, Maya upgrades to Max. Max switches on immediately. Google Play charges her the prorated difference for the rest of her billing period, to Apr 5 — about $10.32 (approximate), not the full $29.99. Her renewal date stays the 5th (next: Apr 5).
- Apr 5
Maya's plan renews at the full Max price, $29.99, on her usual date.
Downgrading from Max back to Pro in the app isn't available — see below. See Google's help for the exact numbers on your account.
Switching to a new Google account Android
- Mar 5
Priya subscribes to Pro, paid by her work Google Play account — her phone's active Google Play account at the time.
- Jun 10
Priya wants billing to move to her personal Google Play account. If her phone's active Google Play account switches to the personal one before she cancels Pro on the work account, the app can't see the work account's subscription and asks her to switch her phone's Google Play account back to the work one first. She cancels Pro there instead — she keeps access until the paid period ends. Her SocialPrez sign-in doesn't change at any point.
- Jul 5
Once the old period ends, Priya subscribes to Pro again, this time paid by her personal Google Play account. Only which Google Play account pays changes — her SocialPrez sign-in stays the same throughout.
Deleting your account Android
- Any day
We'll cancel your subscription so you won't be charged again. Deleting your account ends your access now. If you subscribed Sep 12 and sign up again before Oct 12, when your paid period ends, you can restore Pro until then.
If anything goes wrong, contact support.
Cancel any time, from Google Play on Android or Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iPhone, and you'll keep access until the period you already paid for ends — we don't issue partial refunds ourselves. Refunds are handled by the store: Google Play's refund request form or Apple's Report a Problem.
If a payment fails, Google Play or the App Store may give you a short grace period to fix it before pausing your access — check the payment method on file in Google Play or your Apple Account.
On Android, downgrading from Max to Pro isn't available in the app: cancel Max in Google Play, keep it until the period you already paid for ends, then subscribe to Pro. On iPhone, upgrading from Pro to Max starts right away, prorated by Apple, either in the app or in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Switching from Max to Pro in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions starts at your next renewal.
Moving between Android and iPhone: a subscription bought in one store can't be moved to the other. Cancel in the old store, keep access until the paid period ends, then subscribe again in the new one.
Reinstalled the app or set up a new iPhone? Open Settings → Restore purchases in SocialPrez while signed in to the account you subscribed with.
